Job Summary

Brennan & Clark is looking for motivated self-starters to join our growing Customer Service Recovery team. We are hiring professionals to make outbound business to business (B2B) gentle reminder calls to assist in resolving overdue account balances for our clients. We have a collaborative culture that allows us to help our clients by assisting them with their initial recovery efforts. Responsibilities

  • Interact with our clients’ customers to resolve outstanding payment issues.
  • Facilitate resolution of customer billing issues.
  • Provide timely follow-up on outstanding accounts and accounts with prior payment arrangements.
  • Determine if an account needs to escalate to 3rd party collections.
  • Work from established work queue to make contacts.
  • Interact effectively and courteously with internal and external customers to maximize recovery efforts and customer satisfaction.
  • Meets phone requirements, inbound and outbound calls to our clients’ customers.
  • Responds to all questions and inquiries using procedures that fall within established parameters.
  • Identify and negotiate approved payment arrangements on past due balances maintaining a strong customer relationship.
  • Keep detailed records of all conversations in our database.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Receive direction from leaders.
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Ability to successfully multi-task and manage concurrent situations.
  • Communicates effectively and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well independently and is open and willing to try new things.
  • Must be computer literate with the ability to input and retrieve data from database systems.
  • High School Diploma Required.
